DHH Moscow Office Attended the 2020 Spring Festival Reception of the Chinese Embassy in Russia

On January 19, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Russia held the 2020 Spring Festival reception for overseas Chinese. About 500 people, including Ambassador Hanhui Zhang and his wife, overseas Chinese in Russia, diplomats of embassies and news media representatives, gathered together to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Hanhui Zhang, Ambassador of the Chinese embassy in Russia said in his speech that 2019 was an extraordinary year in China's history of development. China has made remarkable achievements in politics, economy, science and technology, military affairs, culture and other fields. Mr. Zhang said that last year, the heads of the two countries jointly celebrated the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties and pushed China-Russia relations to a new height in history. 2020 must also be a fruitful year for China-Russia relations. The development of China-Russia relations will bring great benefits to overseas Chinese, Chinese people, chambers of commerce and enterprises in Russia. Overseas Chinese are contributors to the friendship between China and Russia and will play a greater role in the development of bilateral relations.
