DHH Washington Law Office Successfully Held the Trial China Law Express

3:30pm--6:30pm, April 28th, 2017, DHH Washington DC Law Office invited two Beijing DHH Law Firm leading securities and capital markets attorneys from Beijing and Shanghai, Senior Partner Litang Fang and Partner Zhenwei Yang, to communicate with colleagues from local associations like China Law Association and China Financial Association. Mr. Litang Fang gave a lecture as “Double Track of Asset Price and Operation of Cross-border Capital”, introduced the roadmap for American companies going public in China and options for Chinese enterprises going public in the US.
