Yao Yuexi and Several Lawyers Visit DC Center China

On July 5th, 2017, Yao Yuexi, deputy director of international department of DHH, Wang Yuejian, deputy director of DHH Shanghai office, and several lawyers visited DC Center China in Shanghai. They were warmly welcomed by Mr. Shao Ning, chief representative of Washington D.C. to China and president of Committee on Chinese Investment in the United States. The both sides communicated on law firms’ development, business conditions, especially the business condition of international M&A. They also discussed on some possible cooperation opportunities such as cross-border investment and financing, International trade and follow-up compliance for “Go Out”.
Yao Yuexi emphatically introduced the domestic and international development of DHH in recent years, and expressed the aspiration of providing high-efficiency legal services to Chinese clients developing internationally. DHH was willing to help clients go out and understand the law of the United States based on its local advantage and international view, develop through international investment and cooperation, and achieve a win-win situation with local enterprises. DHH also hoped that it could cooperate with local legal institutions in the long run and played the roles of a solid bridge and a reliable counselor.

He also introduced many organizations such as the American Chamber of Commerce in China, the Council of American States in China, United States-China Business Council. Mr. Shao Ning hoped that DHH could make more efforts on the communication and cooperation between Chinese enterprises and American enterprises, and promote Chinese enterprises’ M&A, investment, financing and other activities in the U.S. After the meeting, the both sides took photos to mark the occasion.
