Jiang Qi has practiced for 25 years and handled more than 2,000 cases of various kinds, including more than 1,000 litigation cases and more than 1,000 non-litigation cases with the value of more than RMB100 billion in total. He focuses on finance, international trade and corporate area with expertise in handling the substantial, hard and complicated litigation cases with the Supreme People’s Court of PRC, the Supreme People's Procuratorate of PRC, CIETAC and Higher People's Court of all provinces in China.
 
He advises over 50 leading domestic and international companies in the international trade area, including but not limited to COFCO Corporation, China National Machinery Industry Corporation, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, East Hope Group, BOE, Hiking Group, Hisense and Shandong Iron & Steel Group Company Limited. And his clients in the finance area include but not limited to the Bank of China, Bank of Communications, Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., and China Life Insurance (Group) Company, to which he provides comprehensive legal service covering both litigation and non-litigation such as pre-loan investigation and credit management, and represents them in more than 100 litigation cases with the value of more than RMB50 million.

Represented Bank of Communications Qingdao Branch in the second instance for the contract dispute with Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. with the 2th Civil Division of China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC) and obtained the favorable judgement. Represented the Xianglu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in the second instance for the dispute related to the sale contract with TSM Tech Co., Ltd. with the 4th Civil Division of SPC and obtained the favorable judgement. [(2018) SPC Min Zhong No.349]

Represented the Beijing Branch of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd to apply to the Beijing High People’s Court to enforce the Enforcement Certificate with the value of RMB1.393 billion against the 12 enforced including Shanxi Liansheng Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing High People’s Court has enforced and recovered part of the RMB1.393 billion.
 
Represented the Russian Inteco Company in the case to recognize and enforce the arbitration award against the China State Construction Engineering Corporation by Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the award was fully enforced. [(2012) Yi Zhong Min Te Zi No.1283]
 
Represented Qingdao Zhonghe Furia Ecological Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., the accused party, in the arbitration related to the dispute of international goods sales contract with the Di Santi y Romualdo Ltda with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission with the value of USD8 million, and most of the claim was dismissed.
