Mr. Mao graduated from Shanghai Transportation University with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law. Mr. Mao was previously a partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D Law Firm and a senior partner at Beijing Yingke (Shanghai) Law Firm. He is currently the head of the Finance & Mergers Legal Department at Beijing DHH(Shanghai) Law Firm. He has been a lawyer for 15 years and is qualified as a securities practitioner, a fund practitioner and a secretary to the board of directors of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Mr. Mao has long been deeply involved in the field of private equity investment and merger and reorganization, and has rich experience in this field.
