Practising Experience:

Meng Aihua graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor degree and graduated with a Master degree from Seoul University in South Korea. She specializes in intellectual property law. She is mainly responsible for handling administrative and civil infringement cases and various types of intellectual property fields such as trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and trade secrets, franchise and other intellectual property rights as well as various types of legal advice, able to provide clients with comprehensive formulation of intellectual property strategies and risk aversion.

Ms. Meng worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, was able to serve the client in Chinese and Korean, and once worked for Beijing Jijia Law Firm and Beijing Hengdu Law Firm in intellectual property advisory and dispute resolution matters. Since practicing, Ms Meng has handled thousands of non-litigation legal cases and litigation cases on intellectual property rights, among which, several litigation cases such as "Six Sisters" Meng Liangli and "Super Extreme" were selected as typical cases or reported by the media.

In her spare time from work, Ms. Meng studied hard and focused on the combination of theory with practice, From 2009, she began to publish in the Legal Daily, Fangyuan Legal Affairs, Information Network Security, China Intellectual Property Review and the Commercial Law, China Intellectual Property Daily, Procuratorial Daily, Journal of Tongji University, Legal Scientist Tea House, etc. Dozens of papers (or commentaries) have been published in many famous professional newspapers or academic journals and such papers have created unique opinions on trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and other intellectual property rights with exerted certain social influence.

Represented Netease in the trademark rejection and opposition cases; 

Represented Shenzhen Fuanna Furniture Articles Co., Ltd. in handling trademark opposition and dispute cases; 

Represented Shanghai Jinnuo Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. in the litigation of the second instance over the announcement of trademarks invalid of a foreign company;

Acted as an agent to take charge of the first and second litigation cases concerning the rejection of trademark review of Beijing Information Technology Co., Ltd. 

Represented Tianjin Zhendi Trading Co., Ltd. and Tianjin XX Liquor Group Co., Ltd. in the second instance of trademark objection review litigation;

Represented Beijing Zhongsou Network Technology Co., Ltd. in the trial of the first case of technology contract dispute between a certain natural person; 

Represented Fujian Jinjiang Wantaisheng Shoes & Clothing Co., Ltd. and a foreign outdoor equipment company in the first instance of trademark invalidation litigation;

Represented Xiamen Jile Children Products Co., Ltd. and a certain natural person in the litigation of the first instance of trademark invalidation; 

Represented a Korean listed game company in the copyright infringement lawsuit of online games in China; 

Represented financing negotiation and contract review in China as an agent for a Korean culture company;

Represented a Korean children's products company in the domestic trademark, copyright protection; 

Represented a well-known South Korean game company to send legal letters to domestic game infringers;
