Shaohu Luan and Yi Yuan Attended the Annual Meeting of China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia and the New Year’s Reception of Chinese and Russian Business Circles

On the afternoon of December 17, Shaohu Luan, Chairman of the Board of Partners, and Dr. Yi Yuan, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office, attended the Annual meeting of China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia and the New Year's Reception of Chinese and Russian business circles in Moscow Metropolitan Hotel and made a report on the work of a legal sub-council of China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia. During the last year, more than ten Chinese lawyers started providing legal services in Moscow and St. Petersburg, nearly 300 lawyers from more than ten Russian law firms were organized to actively provide local legal services for Chinese enterprises in Russia. The legal sub-council has successfully completed the work of the whole year and was highly praised by Liqun Zhou, President of China General Chamber of Commerce, general manager of Greenwood International Trade Center in Moscow, and Jinli Xu, the Secretary General of the General Chamber of Commerce, General Representative of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Russia, and the Council of the General Chamber of Commerce. Minister of the Chinese Embassy in Russia Xianrong Fan praised Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office for being a legal adviser and providing strong and timely support not only for Chinese enterprises in Russia, but also for the Embassy's consular protection, business, education, culture and other matters. Looking forward to 2020 "Year of Science and Technology Cooperation between China and Russia", Minister Jian Sun, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, hopes that DHH Moscow and the entire DHH will actively participate in guiding some high-quality science and technology innovation enterprises to invest in Russia and make new contributions to the economic, trade and social development of China and Russia.
More than 300 Chinese business leaders from all over Russia, major industries and central enterprises, government of the Russian Federation, Association of industry and commerce, Association of industrialists and entrepreneurs, and business people with economic and trade ties with China gathered to welcome 2020.
