On December 19, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Russia held a grand reception to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to China and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region. Ambassador Hanhui Zhang attended the reception and delivered a speech.
