DHH Consciously Fulfills Social Public Welfare Responsibilities in Russia

With the support of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME) headed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, DHH started to build the docking center in Belgorod, Russia to pave the way for Chinese small and medium enterprises to enter Russia, a country along the Belt and Road.
In early 2019, enterprises and residents of Belgorod did not have enough of knowledge about China and there were few local people who would understood Chinese. In response to such situation, DHH reached an agreement with Russian Belgorod State Development Corporation and Union of Chinese Students in Bergorod. Taking advantage of President Putin's initiative of the "boiling point" program and the “boiling point”platform of the state, DHH funded and commissioned Chinese students in Russia to teach local people Chinese as a foreign language.
The Chinese language teaching activities have been held for six months once a week for three hours in the center of Belgorod. Chinese students give in-depth explanation from the basic knowledge of Chinese, dialogue, as well as Chinese history, culture, life and other aspects and interact with Russian students actively. Russian students have shown great interest in the profound Chinese language and the teaching activities are well received and appreciated by Russian students. To date, more than 30 Russian youth have benefited from the project.
DHH has paid special attention to consciously fulfill local social welfare responsibilities since it established legal service branches in Moscow and St. Petersburg in 2015 with the support of the Ministry of Justice and All China Lawyers Association. This includes the funding of non-governmental exchange of Russian universities and of Sino-Russian overseas student organizations, as well as the implementation of a series of cultural projects of State Russian Museum in China, which are widely welcomed by Chinese and Russian officials and the public. Mr. Shaohu Luan, Chairman of Board of Partners, said that the group's local public welfare activities in Russia will continue. In addition to providing all-round legal services and escorting Chinese enterprises in Russia, we will continue to fulfill local social responsibilities in different ways and play a more important role in practicing the Belt and Road initiative.
