DHH Moscow Office Successfully Held a Seminar on China-Russia Customs Legal Risk Prevention and Control

On the afternoon of September 28, 2019, Moscow time, a seminar on China-Russia Customs Legal Risk Prevention and Control was successfully held at DHH Moscow Greenwood Office.
The seminar was attended by Russian criminal defense lawyers, DHH Chinese criminal lawyers and colleagues of DHH Moscow Office. The seminar was conducted with the theme of the prevention and control of customs legal risks, with DHH Partner Tao Cheng making a welcome speech and introducing representatives of criminal lawyers attending the seminar. During the seminar, Chinese and Russian criminal lawyers actively asked and discussed issues that both parties were interested in such as the process of criminal defense of lawyers from the country.
Classification of China’s customs criminal business and related legal provisions were broadly introduced with the help of charts by Chinese criminal lawyer Yao Jin.
Russian criminal defense lawyers Sergey and Nicola also introduced the characteristics of the criminal law practice of Russian customs
