Yongchang Tang, Lawer of DHH Washington office, gave a wonderful lecture with the theme of "The Latest Developments in the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in China". With his extensive experience in international trade, foreign-related commercial litigation, especially in the field of intellectual property protection, Mr. Tang started with China's intellectual property legislation, international treaties that China has joined, the state of intellectual property enforcement and the growing awareness of intellectual property protection in China. He has also used a simple language, so that everyone could understand, to provide an in- depth introduction from the four aspects of legislation, enforcement, justice and consciousness.
