The Opening Ceremony of Beijing DHH (Changsha) Law Firm and the Summit Forum on Enterprises’ Criminal Legal Risks Held Successfully

On January 28, 2018, The Opening Ceremony of Beijing DHH (Changsha) Law Firm and the Summit Forum on Enterprises’ Criminal Legal Risks were grandly held at Ziwei Huatian Hotel in Changsha. Nearly 200 representatives from the legal circle, judicial practice circle and business circle including Mr. Li Buyun, honored member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the former chairman of China Behavior Law Association, Mr. Qu Maohui, the dean of the law school of Hunan University, the chairman of Hunan Civil Law Association and the vice chairman of Law Society of Hunan Province, Mr. Zhou Shixiong, the former deputy secretary and the deputy procurator general of the leading Party group of the People's Procuratorate of Hunan Province, Mr. Jiang Qi, Managing Partner of DHH and the director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and many directors of DHH branch offices, as well as dozens of officers from various legal institutions and local governments attended the activities to witness the great moment.
At 8:08 a.m., the unveiling ceremony was held at the 23th floor of Legal Service Building, which is as well the office address of Beijing DHH (Changsha) Law Firm.
At 9:18 a.m., the opening ceremony was held at Ziwei Huatian Hotel in Changsha and hosted by Mr. Ji Cheng, Senior Partner of DHH. During the ceremony, a lot of guested made speeches congratulating on the setting-up of DHH Changsha office.
At 10:30 a.m., the Summit Forum on Enterprises’ Criminal Legal Risks began and it was hosted by the dean of the law school of Hunan University of Commerce Liu Qixiang. During the first session of the forum, Senior Partner Mao Hongtao gave out a speech about the criminal risk prevention and control of enterprises and managers, and the director of Beijing DHH (Changsha) Law Firm Duan Qijun made a speech about the criminal risk prevention and control of private enterprises. In the second session, a lot of specialists shared and discussed their perception related to the forum topic, and the president of Hunan Xiangtong Enterprises Development and Management Institute Pan Zhiyong commented on the second session.
