On the morning of June 14th, 2019, Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm embraced Ms. Nadia Benkirane-Jessel (Director of French National Institute of Health & Medicine and the Institute of Nanomedical Regeneration under University of Strasbourg) and Mr. Guoqiang Hua (Emeritus Professor of University of Strasbourg), who were accompanied by Mr. Kai Xiao, the former General Legal Counsel of Shanghai Qilu Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the landing and IP protection of overseas pharmaceutical projects in China and other relevant legal issues.
