On the Conference, it was announced that Ms. Bevelikova Nelli Mikhailovna (Professor of the government-affiliated Institute of Legislative and Comparative Law) succeeded Mr. Yuan Yao (Senior Partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm) as Secretary-General of the Legal Sub-Council. Serving as Director of the Institute of Legislative and Comparative Law, Prof. Nelli has made great achievements in the legal research of international cooperation on the Belt & Road Initiative and "Eurasian Union" between China and Russia.
