Chairman Shaohu Luan Visited Prof. Vladimir in St. Petersburg
On the morning of April 12th, 2019, Mr. Shaohu Luan, visited Prof. Vladimir (Curator of the Russian Dational Museum) in St. Petersburg and reported to him on the development situation of Qingdao Blue Ocean(Russia) Art Museum, which was the first Public Welfare Art Museum and had been set up at the 4th floor of HNA Center in Qingdao, and the second one——Shanghai Blue Ocean(Russia) Art Museum at the 16th floor of Shanghai Stock Exchange Building. Curator Vladimir gave high praise to DHH and said on the spot that the Russian National Museum would do its best to support the public welfare activities that directly promoted the cultural exchanges between Russia and China. At the same time, Mr. Vladimir expressed his hope that DHH could proceed step by step and run the Public Welfare Art Museum program successfully. He suggested to set special zones in the two Art Museums to introduce “Digital Exhibition Hall of Russian National Museum”, thus would attract Chinese people appreciating Russian great art works. This action will promote the cultural exchanges between the two peoples and further deepen the friendship between Russia and China.
The two sides initially set an agreement to build and operate at least one Digital Exhibition Halls on the eve of the 70th anniversary of China-Russia diplomatic relations for celebration.
Then, Curator Vladimir accompanied Chairman Shaohu Luan to visit a branch of Digital Exhibition Hall of Russian National Museum. Lawyer Hui Wang, Director of DHH St. Petersburg Law Center, also attended the activities.
