Qi Jiang Attended the Signing Ceremony on Co-building the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Legal Services Deep Cooperation Zone and the First Joint Meeting
On the morning of December 4th, 2018, Managing Partner Qi Jiang of DHH, acting as Vice-President of the Qianhai Belt & Road Legal Services Federation, attended the Signing Ceremony on Co-building the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Legal Services Deep Cooperation Zone and the First Joint Meeting. Mr. Guihe Wen, Senior Partner of DHH, Mr. Fushe Li, Director of DHH & M.C.A.LAI (Qianhai) Law Firm, and Lawyer Xia Kong also attended the meeting.
Forty legal service organizations from Hong Kong, Macao and Chinese Mainland, involving lawyers, notarization, arbitration, mediation, intellectual property, accounting services, corporate legal affairs and other fields, actively responded to the initiative and participated in the meeting as the first batch of signatories to make contributions to the construction.
Later in the Fisrt Joint Meeting, Memorandum of the 2019 Cooperation Project for the Construction of the “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Legal Service Deep Cooperation Zone” was approved by voting. Qi Jiang delivered a speech at the meeting, expressing his support and wishes for the construction of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Legal Services Deep Cooperation Zone, and also offered his suggestions for future legal services cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The initiative of co-building the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Legal Services Deep Cooperation Zone has won high recognition and warm responses from numerous legal professional organizations in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and it will definitely have a positive and far-reaching impact on the promotion of legal services cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
