A Group Led by Chief Advisor of SGX Capital Markets Visited Beijing DHH Law Firm
On November 6th, 2018, a group of four representatives from Singapore Exchange Limited (hereafter as “SGX”) visited Beijing DHH Law Firm, including Dr. Ernest Kan, Chief Advisor of SGX Capital Markets China, Ms. Tng Kwee Lian, Senior Vice President of SGX & Head of Debt Capital Markets Equities & Fixed Income, Chief Representative Ms. Chia Caihan and Director Mr. Dong Jiang of SGX Beijing Representative Office. Mr. Kejiang Liu, Senior Partner of DHH & Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and Ms. Ying Zhao, Partner of DHH & Deputy Director of DHH Service Center for Listed Companies, gave a warm reception to the guests.
First of all, Lawyer Kejiang Liu, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, gave a brief introduction to the development history, professional areas and global layout of Beijing DHH Law Firm; while Lawyer Ying Zhao, Deputy Director of DHH Service Center for Listed Companies, focused on the development course, personnel status and business planning of the Service Center and its Securities Practice Team. Subsequently, Ms. Tng Kwee Lian, Senior Vice President of SGX, and Ms. Chia Caihan, Chief Representative of SGX Beijing Representative Office, mainly introduced the business development conditions of SGX’s debt market and capital market; in this regard, Dr. Ernest Kan, Chief Advisor of SGX Capital Markets China, expressed his hope that both sides could enhance cooperation for great development in Chinese market in a long term.
