Beijing Head Office and Shanghai Office of DHH Hold the Opening Ceremonies of the Representative Office of the Russia-China Business Park

In late September 2017, the Beijing head office and Shanghai office of DHH held the opening ceremonies of the representative office of the Russia-China Business Park of St. Petersburg. This is another pragmatic cooperation with the Russia-China Business Park of St. Petersburg after establishing the office and China Law Center in St. Petersburg in order to further promote the development of the practice in Russia, which also means that DHH will play a greater role in promoting the areas of economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchange, education and training, leisure tourism, film and television media, etc. for China and Russia.
The Russia-China Business Park, located in the center of St. Petersburg, is a "commerce and trade park of culture and tourism" jointly created by the Russia-China Business Center of St. Petersburg and the Russia-China Strategic Development Research Institute of “the Belt and Road”. The Russia-China Business Center of St. Petersburg is a business organization, boasting all the corporate members of the highest quality in Russia, is jointly organized by the International Convention Center of Gazprom, the National Economic University of St. Petersburg and the Chinese and Overseas Chinese Association of St. Petersburg and supported by the Chinese Consulate General in St. Petersburg, the Government of St. Petersburg and the relevant institutions of the Russian Federation.
In May, the chairman of DHH Luan Shaohu, and the executive chairman of the Russia-China Strategic Development Research Institute of “the Belt and Road” and the president of Russia-China Business Park of St. Petersburg Chen Zhigang signed a "Memorandum of Work", and agreed that DHH will provide legal services of investment promotion activities for clients in the business park as the only legal service institution, and in June of 2017, Qingdao Office held the first opening ceremony of the representative office (Qingdao) of the Russia-China Business Park.
The Chairman of DHH Mr. Luan Shaohu, the Director and the Deputy Director of International Practice Center, Mr. Liu Kejiang and Mr. Yao Yuan, the Director of the International Department, Ms. Zhang Xiaoxuan, the chief advisor of Russian practices, Prof. Huang Daoxiu, the chief advisor of international practices, and Ms. Feng Xiumei attended the opening ceremony of the representative office in Beijing and held an outlook symposium of cooperation with the President Chen Zhigang.
At the symposium, Lin Yuxuan, the director of the China and Asean Development Headquarters of the Russia-China Business Center, introduced the in-depth service guide of the business center. On September 25, the Chairman Chen Zhigang went to Shanghai office of DHH and attended the opening ceremony of the representative office (Shanghai) of the Russia-China Business Park with the Director of the Shanghai Office, Tang Huadong, the Executive Director, Xu Jie, and the Deputy Director of the International Department, Yao Youxi.
