DHH Counsels was invited to High-level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration among OBOR Countries

On 16th Sep., High-level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration among OBOR Countries was held in Beijing under the instruction of CCPIT Legal Affairs Department, and co-hosted by China Chamber of International Commerce (CCIC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CITAC), and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Zhou Jianjun, Director of DHH Transnational Investment Business Department, along with counsels, Wang Jing and Ma Weihua, were invited to attend the Dialogue and communicated with the attendees.

During which, representatives of SPC, CITAC, ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Commission, ICC China, International Bar Association, and well-known transnational enterprises and law firms attended the dialogue, communicating about hot spots of OBOR international commercial arbitrations, covering status quo, rules and selection of arbitration Institution, OBOR countries investment and dispute settlement in the field of project contracting.

Thematic Speech of Construction Arbitration
The Dialogue is held under the strategic backgrounds of OBOR, exploring the international commercial arbitration rules in solving transnational investment disputes. Transnational Investment Department of Deheng Law Group will contribute more of Chinese companies’ “Go Out”.
