On September 22nd, “service explanation session of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and seminar of Chinese legal new trends concerning foreign affairs” were held successfully at the “Confucius Meeting Room” of Beijing DHH law firm. During the meeting, the minister of International Arbitration Ministry of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board Park Jionghan represented the president of the Court of Arbitration to make a congratulatory speech. The vice-minister of International Cooperation Ministry An Zaiche and lawyer An Taixi respectively introduced the establishment, development, operation, regulation innovation and related typical cases of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board in English.
The partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm Li Guangxing talked about the new changes in legal institutions of foreign investment and explained many legal issues concerning foreign investment enterprises. Doctor Su Xiaoling introduced the new trends and changes of legislation and judicature of foreign-related disputes resolution in China. The seminar was strongly supported by Korea International Trade Association (KITA) and Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), with more than 50 people from related enterprises, institutions, law schools and law firms participating in it.
