Beijing DHH Law Firm Won the Bidding of CCPIT’s Supplier Pool Election of International Economic and Trading Disputes

Under the circumstances of increasing international economic and trading disputes, IP and Transnational disputes, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade decided to set up Supplier Pool Election of International Economic and Trading Disputes for those export-oriented Chinese companies. The bidding project (No. ZZJL-ZB-2017037) opened up its procedure on Apr., which has drawn more than 50 well-known law firms who has leading international business. It turned out a few days ago that Beijing DHH Law Firm has become the one and only law firm won the bid on three sub-pool of “Trade Disputes Remedy”, “Rights Protection of IP”, and “Transnational Disputes Settlement” thanks to preserving hardworking, cooperative teamwork and professional services of senior partners, Liu Xinze, Chen Hao and Liu Kejiang, who have always been paving the road of international, professional as well as team-oriented.
Recently, China has been facing an increasing number of economic and trading disputes, accordingly, high pleasure of which is going to come down to Chinese export-oriented companies. It is understood that CCPIT investigated 24 trade remedy cases that five billion dollars got involved in, accounted for 20% and 36% of the whole country separately.
