Beijing DHH Law Firm Successfully Selected into the Lawyers Pool of CEIIC
Recently Beijing DHH Law Firm was successfully selected into the lawyers pool of the China Export & Import Insurance Co., Ltd. (CEIIC), following being selected into the lawyers pool of China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Chinachem International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. More than 20 law firms participated in the fierce competition, and finally only three firms, including Beijing DHH Law Firm, were successful.
CEIIC is the only policy insurance corporation carrying out an export credit insurance business. CEIIC was founded on December 18th, 2001 with a registered capital of RMB 30 billion yuan invested by the Export Credit Insurance Risk Fund, according to the state financial budget. Since November of 2011 CEIIC has been included into the direct administration of the central government, and on March 17th, 2012 it was upgraded to vice-ministerial central enterprise.
