The CASME (USA) Legal Services Center Beijing Office Established
On March 19, 2015, the opening ceremony of the (USA) legal services center of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME) Beijing office was held at Beijing CBD International Mansion where Beijing DHH Law Firm is headquartered. With Mr. Jiang Qi, the general director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, hosting the ceremony, Mr. Zhang Jingqiang (vice-president of the association), Mr. Ma Bin (deputy secretary general of the association), Mr. Nie Xianzhu (director of HR department), Ms. Kang Jiyun (director of training department), Mr. Wang Xiang (deputy director of local cooperation department), Mr. Guo Zijun, Mr. Dong Yue (legal advisers of U.S. Embassy in Beijing), Mr. Huang Min (president of China Law Press), Mr. Zhu Ning, and Mr. Yuan Fang (chief editor of China Law Review) also attended the ceremony. During the ceremony, Mr. Liu Kejiang, Mr. Liu Jiqing, Ms. Li Yonglan and Ms. Luan Shan were appointed as the head of Beijing office, the head of Washington D.C. office, general coordinator, and marketing specialist of Washington D.C. office, respectively. Moreover, attendees gave out speeches and exchanged ideas on topics regarding the operation, training and information construction of the center.
The legal service center is established to cooperate with the action of assisting the “small and medium sized enterprises’ going abroad”, which is carried out by CASME and will be managed by the legal consultant committee of CASME. Apart from the Beijing office located at the headquarters of DHH Law Firm, the Washington DC office is going to start its using along with the opening of DHH Law Firm Washington D.C. office at the end of March.
Furthermore, CASME legal consultant committee will establish various legal service centers to cooperate with China’s national strategy of “One Belt And One Road” and to further support Chinese small and medium sized enterprises’ foreign business by providing relevant legal services.
The legal service center is established to cooperate with the action of assisting the “small and medium sized enterprises’ going abroad”, which is carried out by CASME and will be managed by the legal consultant committee of CASME.
