Lawyer Wang Haijun has been engaged in legal profession for more than 15 years with  profound understanding and accurate application of law, and is expert in environment law, IP, reform of state-owned enterprises, and so on.

Mr. Wang, as Legal Counsel for the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the People's Republic of China, has participated in many legislative projects and handled a large number of administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases related to environmental protection. He is also the chamber barrister of environmental protection organizations, including ACEF, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation, Friends of Nature, etc., and provides pro bono legal services to safeguard legitimate rights and interests related to environment protection. The series of cases of environment public interest litigation of pollution in Tengger Desert handled by Lawyer Wang was listed as a typical case by the Supreme People’s Court, and its team was also awarded 2015 CCTV Legal Practioner.

Lawyer Wang possesses qualifications of patent agent and trademark agent. As the CBO of DHH, he has handled the trademark case of Shangdong Deheng Law Firm and (Beijing) DeHeng Law Offices, the IP case of “Friendly Shangdong” trademark, the case of unfair competition about Qing-Feng Steamed Dumpling Shop, the case of conflict between copyright and trademark of Doraemon, the Gmail trademark confirmation case, the infringement case of National Standards for Industrial Injury Identification, and the trademark protection case of Tencent abusing its market dominance for anti-monopoly.

Serving as Director of Government-related Practice Department of Beijing DHH Law Firm, Lawyer Wang Haijun has handled several state-owned enterprise reform cases and accumulated rich practical experience in state-owned property management.

1、Participated in the drafting of dozens of environmental regulations or provisions for the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the People's Republic of China;
2、Participated in the legislative research project of "Compulsory Disclosure System of Environmental Information" of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning (CAEP) under the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the People's Republic of China;
3、Participated in the drafting discussion of the Yangtze River Protection Law of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the People’s Republic of China;
4、Represented hundreds of cases about administrative reconsideration and litigation in the field of environment for the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the People's Republic of China;
5、Represented the case of Conocophillips oil spill-- acting for All-China Environmental Federation against the State Oceanic Administration(SOA);
6、Represented several cases on environment civil public interest litigation-- acting for All-China Environment Federation (ACEF) against hazardous waste treatment and water pollution;
7、Represented several cases on environment civil public interest litigation-- acting for China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation against soil pollution in the Tengger Desert.
