Lawyers of DHH was Invited to Attend and Speak at the SCG Legal's Asia and Pacific Rim Regional Meeting

March 23 – 24, 2023, Lawyers of Beijing DHH Law Firm John TANG, Luping LI, Dehong LI participated in SCG Legal's Asia and Pacific Rim Regional Meeting in Singapore, which drew participation from every local member firm and included attendees from Australia, China, Cyprus, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, UK, US, and Vietnam. The two-day meeting agenda was focused on significantly relevant client matters – healthcare/bio convergence; dispute resolution and international arbitration strategies; cybersecurity and GDPR; fintech/crypto and NFTs; telecom and tech; family trusts; and cross border M&A, including public offerings/variable capital companies (VCC) and special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) – as well as timely law firm management topics such as environmental, social, and governance; talent recruitment; and best practice for business development.
