On June 10th, 2021, China Three Gorges Renewables (group) co., Ltd. (Herein refer after as “Three Gorges”, code: 600905), made an initial public offering and successfully listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange. Three Gorges issued 8.571 billion shares with 2.65 RMB per share, and raised a total of 22.713 billion RMB.
