DHH Was Appointed to the Legal Panels of I&G and Huarong Trust

Recently, Beijing DHH Law Firm was appointed to the legal panels of the China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation (I&G) and Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd. (Huarong Trust).
I&G is the subsidiary controlled by the State Development & Investment Corp., Ltd. (SDIC), incorporated by investment of the Ministry of Finance and the former State Economic and Trade Commission with approval of the State Council of PRC, as the first national specialized guarantee institution in PRC. In 2010, I&G completed the capital increase and introduced 6 shareholders including CCB International, CITIC Capital, CDH Investments, Government of Singapore Investment Corp, Goldstone Investment Limited and SDIC Fund Management, and changed from a wholly state-owned company into sino-foreign joint venture. In 2015, I&G adopted incorporation by means of sponsorship to become a company limited by shares and listed in China’s “New Third Board”.
With early establishment, large business scale and comprehensive strength, I&G is the flagship in the sector of guarantee for investment and finance in China, having total assets of more than RMB 28 billion and the total guarantee amount of more than RMB 513.8 billion and providing guarantee services to more than 20,000 clients. With many years of development and innovation, I&G has formed business lines across the currency, stock and bond markets and is committed to build the business structure of “Guarantee and Credit Enhancement” as the main body with “Asset Management and Investment” and “Fitech” as both wings.
