Lawyer Yao Yuexi was invited to attend the third ＂Belt and Road＂ legal service forum

Recently, Lawyer Yao Yuexi, the co-director and senior partner of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm, was invited by the organizer to attend the third “Belt and Road” legal service forum. This Forum is sponsored by the Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Judicial Exchange and Cooperation Training Base, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Legal Service Committee Exchange and Cooperation Base, and the "One Belt, One Road" Legal Research Conference of the Shanghai Law Society. Shanghai Institute of Global Security Governance, Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law, and Shanghai Political Law. The forum takes the "Belt and Road" legal service as the theme, focusing on the "Belt and Road" and Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the construction and innovation of "Belt and Road" economic and trade rules, the "Belt and Road" data cross-border flow and data security, and the risks of SCO regional economic and trade cooperation Issues such as prevention and legal services.


In the forum, Lawyer Yao Yuexi delivered a report entitled "Cross-border Data Flow Policy in Countries Along the Belt and Road", which was well received by the audience

After the meeting, Lawyer Yao Yuexi and Professor Zhang Jihong, director of the Institute of Global Legal Issues of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, attended the press conference of the "Legal Guide for Data Protection and Cyber Security in Countries Along the Belt and Road" edited by Zhang Jihong and Yao Yuexi.
