A Delegation of Jinan International Legal Service Center Visited Beijing DHH Law Firm
On the morning of December 28th, 2018, a delegation of Jinan International Legal Service Center visited Beijing DHH Law Firm. The delegation was led by Mr. Shengren Xie, Director of the Department of Justice of Jinan, Mr.Ying Zhou, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Jinan, and consisted of Mr. Yongyi Sun, Vice-President of Jinan Intermediate People's Court, Ms. Hong Liang, Deputy Director of the People’s Government of Huaiyin District of Jinan, Mr. Xiangguo Liu, Director of the Department of Justice of Huaiyin District of Jinan, Mr. Yaoyong Li, Vice-President of the Second Court of the People's Court of Jinan Intermediate Court, and Mr. Shang Liu, Officer of the Attorney Notary Administration Office of the Department of Justice of Jinan, ect. They got a warm reception from Mr. Kejiang Liu, Senior Partner of DHH and Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and Mr. Hongtao Mao, Vice-Executive President of DHH and Party Branch Secretary of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and Lawyer Jianjun Zhou, Director of Beijing DHH (Jinan) Law Firm and Lawyer Ying Zhao, Managing Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, etc.
Above all, Mr. Kejiang Liu, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, delivered a detailed introduction to the development history, the legal profession teams, the professional expertise and the globalization layout to the delegation, and then focused on the performances and achievements by DHH in Foreign Legal Services as well as the construction of DHH’s foreign legal talents. Next, Mr. Jianjun Zhou, Director of Beijing DHH (Jinan) Law Firm, introduced the current situation of Foreign Legal Services by DHH (Jinan) under the Belt and Road Initiative. Subsequently, Mr. Hongtao Mao, Party Branch Secretary of Beijing DHH Law Firm, demonstrated that DHH had always been thinking of while staying in Beijing because DHH had roots in Shandong, and would actively support the construction of relevant projects relating to foreign legal services launched by Jinan and Shandong Province.
DHH Development models was fully affirmed and praised by Director Shengren Xie and Deputy Director Ying Zhou. According to Vice President Yonhyi Sun, the delegation intended to listen to the successful experience and advice of Beijing DHH Law Firm in foreign legal services through this visit. In this regard, the two sides conducted discussions on and explorations into the judicial diversified dispute resolution Mechanism, the building of foreign legal talent team, the coverage of criminal defense, the legal aid, the international legal service centre building, and other legal issues. And the participant lawyers of Beijing DHH Law Firm actively put forward constructive suggestions based on their own practice experience.
Finally, an excellent video from the Delegation of Jinan International Legal Service Center introduced that “Jinan International Legal Service Innovation Park Project” was targeted to form a large-scale and super-marketing legal service synthesis through gathering first-tier well-known law firms, accounting (auditing) firms, expert testimony, internal arbitration, industry and commerce and civil administration,and other service windows. Director Shengren Xie expressed that as the “Nest” has been built to attract the “Phoenix”, the investment conditions have been improved to attract capital and expertise. And Mr. Xie also expressed his expectation for Beijing DHH Law Firm to activily offer suggestions and support to make a bright future.
