Moscow Blue Ocean International Legal Affairs & Culture Exchange Center was Invited to Hold an Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Masterpieces at the Russian Artists Association Gallery
On February 16th, 2019, the Russian Artists Association Gallery invited DHH to hold an exhibition of Chinese calligraphy & painting masterpieces, which were collected by Qingdao Blue Ocean Art Museum, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of China-Russia diplomatic relations.
Several top Russian artists were invited to the unveiling ceremony of the exhibition, including People's Artist Prof. Volodymyr Byczkov (Former Dean of Repin Academy of Fine Arts & Academician of Arts and Sciences), Meritorious Artist Mr. Constantine Evanoff (Director of the Oil Painting Department of Repin Academy of Fine Arts as well as Principal of the High School attached to Repin Academy of Fine Arts), Prof. Yelena Annadoeva (Historian of Repin Academy of Fine Arts), and so on. All of the professors made remarks, speaking highly of the extensive knowledge and profound scholarship of Chinese painting & calligraphy and highly praising the charming grace with either light or heavy portray of the exhibitions. Mr. Lei Luo (Vice President of Overseas Chinese Association in St. Petersburg & Director of the Chinese Calligraphy Center), Mr. Kui Qu (Deputy Director of Blue Ocean Business Department) and Lawyer (Director of St. Petersburg Legal Center of DHH) attended the unveiling ceremony as the principals of co-organizers, introducing that DHH had collected and displayed over 500 Russian oil painting works in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shandong and so on. They also expressed their best wishes for the development in both scope and depth of Sino-Russian cultural exchange activities.
This exhibition was a part of the fifth “Happy Chinese New Year” event of the St. Petersburg Government. Moscow Blue Ocean International Legal Affairs & Culture Exchange Center affiliated to DHH was invited to the Western Oil Painting Art City with its 23 carefully-selected Chinese contemporary masterpieces and shared the paintings with Russian artists during the Spring Festival. In the afternoon of February 16th, more than 50 Russian artists, lawyers, and people from the news were attracted to watch the exhibition within an hour.
After the opening ceremony, the Moscow Blue Ocean International Legal Affairs & Culture Exchange Center invited the famous painters and lawyers in St. Petersburg to a dinner party. They chatted about Chinese and Russian culture and laws in the midst of song and laughter, and wished the friendship between China and Russia everlasting.
It was reported that the Chinese calligraphy and paintings displayed in this exhibition were all the works of a dozen of maestros in Chinese contemporary and modern painting & calligraphy, including Yongyu Huang, Meilin Han, Zhou Huang, Jiaying He and Yueshi Wu, etc. The exhibition will end on February 20th, 2019.
