DHH Publishes “Enterprise Risks and 229 Suggestions by Lawyers”
To provide clients with more qualified legal services DHH has published its first “Enterprise Risks and 229 Suggestions by Lawyers (2013)”, as a special issue of its magazine “DHHLawyer”, 88th issue.
“Enterprise Risks and 229 Suggestions by Lawyers” summarizes DHH lawyers’ longtime experience in handling various cases, fully referring to documents such as Court Suggestions, Attorney Suggestions and the Firm’s various proposals etc. There are ten chapters, namely Enterprise Executives, Corporate Governance, Employment, Contract, Intellectual Property, International Business, Real Estate, Investment and Finance, Criminal Risks and Dispute Settlement. These ten chapters cover all kinds of legal risks likely to be incurred during the processes of establishment and operation of enterprises, accompanied with risks warnings and suggestions from the lawyers’ perspective.
“Enterprise Risks and 229 Suggestions by Lawyers” was composed as a reference for the self-test of legal risks by clients of DHH. To coordinate with the publication DHH will provide clients with a legal “physical examination” service. Clients may choose to conduct a special items examination or a comprehensive examination. DHH will organize special groups composed of professional lawyers to help enterprises diagnose, analyse and mitigate legal risks.
