Luan Shaohu Attends Joint Meeting of Foreign Affairs Committee and International Practice Committee of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA)
On September 9 Luan Shaohu, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of ACLA and Chairman of the Partners’ Meeting of DHH, attended a joint meeting by the Foreign Affairs Committee and the International Practice Committee of ACLA. Topics discussed at the meeting related to the proposed Forum on Chinese Lawyers’ International Practice (temporary name).The Meeting，presided over by Director Lan Hong of the International Department of ACLA. ， conveyed relevant instructions by the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Justice and then studied an article titled “the Status Quo of and Measures for Chinese Lawyers Going Abroad” by Luan Shaohu and Liu Kejiang，which was published in the third issue of the magazine “Chinese Lawyer”.
The attendees spoke freely on the “Research and Thoughts on Issues concerning Chinese Lawyers Going Abroad”, which was submitted for discussion by the International Practice Committee.
