DHH Successfully Held China-Canada Trade and Investment Forum
November 6, Beijing DHH Law Firm and Canada famous law firm, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG), jointly organized “China-Canada Trade and Investment Forum”. Mr. Jiang Qi (managing partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm) made an opening speech and illustrated the president status and perspectives in China-Canada trade. Canadian embassy counselor, Christopher Maclean, attended the forum and made a speech. Kent Kufeldt (partner of BLG) and Gregory Tereposky (lawyer of BLG) made detailed illustration on China enterprises investment in Canada, especially on the examination and approval procedures and precautions of merger and acquisition. Business development manager of BLG, Paul Fortin, briefly introduced their business expanding condition in Asian, and expressed cooperation willingness.
