In June, 2015, Mao Hongtao (National Excellent Lawyer, member of All China Lawyer’s Association Criminal Committee, senior partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm) wrote two articles, “Thoughts of How Lawyers to Give Effective Defence in Death Penalty Review Cases” and “7 Suggestions on Establishing Legal Aid System for Death Penalty Review Cases”, separately published in “Chinese Lawyer” Vol.16 2005 and the official we-chat platform of “Chinese Lawyer”.
