DHH Lawyers Advised on the Amendment Draft of PRC Anti-unfair Competition Law
Since the enforcement of the Law of the PRC Anti-unfair Competition Law (AUCL) in 1993, the national marketization level has enhanced, and the economic aggregate, market scales and market competition have changed profoundly after development for two decades. And that is the reason why the State Administration of Industry and Commerce decided to revise the current Law against Unfair Competition and promulgated the Law of the People's Republic of China against Unfair Competition (Exposure Draft) finally.
The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council published the draft in February 25, 2016, and then solicited public opinions. Since the publishment, DHH Law Firm had organized professional lawyers to conduct research and discussion. Based on the experience of handling relevant cases, the lawyers drew the legal opinions on the draft, and sent them to the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council by email and post so that the voice from the lawyers who expect to promote the improvement of the Law against Unfair Competition could be heard.
