DHH International Practice Department Held Annual Meeting
December 18, more than 20 lawyers of the firm's International Practice Department from Bejing, Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao offices got together, holding the annual meeting in Beijing office. The meeting was hosted by the director of the International Practice Department, Mr. Liu Kejiang. Firstly, Mr. Liu made an introduction of the international and domestic economic situation as well as the advantages and resources of firm's international business. And then, he presented the development plan of the international practice department. Thereafter, Ms. Li Yonglan, vice director of the international practice department, summarized the achievements, experience and shortages concerning the firm’s international business. All the attendees had an open discussion on the relevant issues. In the meeting, the department launched a well-edited internal reference which is a compilation of the legal documents on the investment abroad released by the Chinese government. The reference makes it more convenient for searching and studying regulations and laws on overseas investment.
