The Board of Review of the China Securities Regulatory Committee has announced that the application for the issuance of corporate bonds by Sinoer Menswear Co., Ltd., which was reviewed on October 31, was passed. DHH lawyers provided full legal services for the issuance.
The Sinoer Menswear Co., Ltd. accomplished IPO and was listed on October 15, 2010, for which DHH lawyers also provided full legal service, and the firm was engaged as perennial legal counsel.
