DHH Advises Yonghong Tech’s Series C Funding with Tencent and Other Corporations

On July 23, 2016, Yonghong Tech announced the completion of a 200 million RMB Series C funding led by Tencent and joined by Oriental Fortune Capital (OFC), Matrix Partners China, Genesis Capital, and iResearch. Lawyers Yao Yuan and Shi Lin provided full legal services throughout the process, including drafting all legal documents.
Yonghong Tech is a leader in BI as well as the data analysis industry in China. Yonghong Tech has risen rapidly within the industry thanks to its outstanding technology and their customer centered values, and it competes effectively with a few IT giants in the BI and data analysis market in China. Investors have been optimistic about Yonghong Tech since its establishment. Yonghong Tech is among the few investment projects executed by Tencent in the corporate services industry.
