Last week, Buqing Cai, Consultant of Beijing DHH Law Firm Taiwan Team, who is a licensed lawyer in both mainland China and Taiwan Province, went to Shanghai, Qingdao, Jinan, and Shenzhen to do research. Meanwhile, he held lectures themed “Favourable for both if Cooperating” at Beijing DHH Law Firm Shanghai Office, Qingdao Office, and Jinan Office of Shandong Deheng Law Firm. During the lectures, in addition to introducing the development of Taiwan's legal practice, the status quo of Taiwanese investment in mainland China, main types of disputes and potential businesses, Mr. Cai also had discussions on legal cooperation and exchange between Shandong and Taiwan, Shanghai and Taiwan, as well as promoting Taiwan-related businesses.

Also, during his stay in Qingdao, Mr. Cai was invited to give a speech for teachers and students of the Law School of Shandong University, introducing the current legal status of Taiwan.
Mr. Buqing Cai is a Doctor of Law graduated from Peking University. He used to work for Beijing Zhong Yin Law Firm and Lee and Li, Attorney-at-Law, Taiwan's largest law firm. He is the Chief Representative of the Taiwan Bar Association in Shanghai and also serves as a member of the Mainland Affairs Committee of Taipei Bar Association and Director of the Mainland Affairs Committee of Keelung Bar Association for a long time. Specializing in cross-strait investment and dispute resolution, Mr. Cai has extensive experiences in serving mainland investors to invest in Taiwan and Taiwan businessmen to invest in mainland China. As a renown lawyer in Taiwan, Mr. Cai now joins Beijing DHH Law Firm and works in Shanghai Office, and he will actively develop Taiwan-related business for Beijing DHH Law Firm.
