Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm Was Invited to Attend China International Parallel-Import Cars Expo

On 21st Sep. 2017, DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm was invited to China International Parallel-Import Cars Expo by Shanghai Yuanchu Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. who’s the largest parallel auto importer in Shanghai.
The Expo was hosted by Foreign Trade Development Bureau of Ministry of Commerce of PRC and China Automobile Dealers Association, aiming to constructing a national platform for trading, financing, and customs declaration and inspection as well as logistics of parallel-import cars.
Jin Yao, Co-director of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm, Zhu Jun, Director of Customs Law Center, Du Yue as well as Tao Bingli, Counsels of Customs and International Trade Team attended the Expo, communicating with parallel-importers, logistics companies and foreign auto suppliers on trade finance, business process, legal risks and customs compliance, fully showing dispute resolution ability of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm Customs and International Trade Team.
