New Council of Qingdao Lawyers Association Established and Ms. Hu Ming Elected as Vice President
On August 2nd the Seventh Members Congress of the Qingao Lawyers Association began at Huanghai Hotel. President Luan Shaohu reported to the Congress on the work of the Sixth Council and Vice President Gong Lixin delivered a report on finance of the Six Council. The Congress, through election, created the Seventh Council and the Seventh Standing Council of Qingdao Lawyers Association. Director Hu Ming of Shandong Deheng Law Firm was elected as Vice President of the Association and partner Wang Jun of the Firm was elected as Council member of the Association.
So far Luan Shaohu has resigned from the following positions: the Director of Shandong Deheng Law Firm, the Secretary of CPC General Branch of Shandong Deheng Law Firm and the President of Qingdao Lawyers Association. The positions that Mr. Luan Shaohu still holds include the Chairman of the Partners’ Meeting, the Vice President of Shandong Lawyers Association, member of the Standing Council of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), the Deputy Director of the Strategy Committee of ACLA, the Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of ACLA and member of the Criminal Committee of ACLA.
