Qi Jiang was Invited to Attend China Commercial Law Society’s Academic Forum in Guangzhou and Macau and Visited L&L Law Firm

Recently Qi Jiang was invited by China Commercial Law Society to participate in the forum on “Financial Regulation and Modernization of China‘s Financial Rule of Law” held in Sun Yat-sen University and the symposium on “International Financial Risk Prevention and Financial Regulation in the New Era” held in Macau University of Science and Technology respectively. Many notable scholars and business people joined the two events. After the meeting, President Qi Jiang led a delegation to visit L&L Law Firm, a member of the mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau joint venture law firm.
At the “Financial Regulation and Modernization of China‘s Financial Rule of Law” forum held in Sun Yat-sen University, Qi Jiang made a presentation entitled “The Litigation and Settlement Issues of Non-performing Financial Assets”, systematically and pragmatically proposing seven innovative methods for financial institutions to collect evasive debts. His speech was widely recognized by other participants.
When participating in the “International Financial Risk Prevention and Financial Regulation in the New Era” symposium held in Macau University of Science and Technology, Mr. Qi Jiang gave excellent comments as the reviewer of the session on “International Financial Risk Prevention during the China-United States Trade Conflict and Reform of China’s Financial Rule of Law”.
After the meetings, Qi Jiang, Caiming Lan and Zhifeng Tang accompanied Professor Sibao Shen of China Commercial Law Society to visit Macau L&L Law Firm. Lawyer KaChong Kan from Hong Kong Fred Kan & CO. also visited together. Beijing DHH Law Firm, Hongkong Fred Kan & CO. and Macau L&L Law Firm signed a joint venture agreement on December 8th, investing together to found the first law firm jointly managed by lawyers from the mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau in Shenzhen. Heads from the three law firms discussed specific implementation of the mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau joint venture, as well as issues about how to integrate resource, promote practical and closer cooperation and continue guaranteeing economic and trade contact in the Greater Bay area by offering high-quality legal services.
