On July 26, Reckitt Benckiser Group and Haining Huiwosheng Polymer Technology Co., Ltd opened Shanghai Innovation Center, which encapsulates comprehensive cooperation between Chinese private enterprises and five hundred famous old-brand companies. Reckitt Benckiser Group is a British century-old multinational corporation. It owns many brands such as Durex, Mead Johnson and Dettol to name but a few. Haining Huiwosheng is a R&D company of water-based polyurethane products. Over the past three years, both sides have conducted more than 30 rounds of negotiations and consultation on cooperation issues such as technology R&D, patent right use, product OEM, investment and equity. Lawyers Wenqing Zhang, Luting Li and Xueyang Geng of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm have provided legal services throughout the process, and ultimately facilitated in-depth cooperation between companies.
