Vice-Chairman Xuebing Zhang of All China Lawyers Association Visited Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office

On the afternoon of June 24th, Mr. Xuebing Zhang, Vice-Chairman of All China Lawyers Association & Director of Zhong Lun Law Firm, visited Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office and exchanged views on Chinese lawyers working for the Belt & Road Initiative with DHH representatives.
During the meeting, Ms. Yi Yuan, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office & Executive Chairman of the Legal Sub-Council of China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia, introduced the development, personnel composition and development situation of DHH Moscow Office to Vice-Chairman Zhang, and put forward suggestions for Chinese lawyers in Russia and relative issues along the Belt & Road. On behalf of All China Lawyers Association, Vice-Chairman Zhang appreciated the warm welcome from DHH Moscow Office and praised that, “DHH is well known in Moscow as a successful example for Chinese lawyers to independently go abroad and start their own businesses”. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang conveyed the proposed policy of Ministry of Justice on encouraging Chinese law firms “Going global”, and shared the distribution and business model of Chinese law firms going abroad. He paid attention to the working condition of 7 Russian lawyers in DHH Moscow Office, saying that much attention should be paid to the differences brought by local lawyers in the overseas office dominated by Chinese lawyers. As for the issues put forward by lawyers asking for assistance from Ministry of Justice and All China Lawyers Association, such as “How overseas Chinese lawyers register as local foreign lawyers”, “How to clear the way for better investment and benefit” and “How to promote the employment of Chinese lawyers in overseas Chinese enterprises”, etc., Vice-Chairman Zhang promised to bring back to relative institutions for solution.
