Beijing DHH Law Firm and Chinese Students Association in Russia Signed the “Agreement on Setting Up Internship Bases for Chinese Students in Russia” in Moscow
On June 6th, President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at his awarding ceremony of Honorary Doctoral Degree at the Russian St. Petersburg State University, saying that youth is the hope of human progress and the future of China-Russia friendship. On June 7th, Mr. Shaohu Luan, Chairman of Board of Partners of DHH, and Dr. Hanzhi Chen, Chairman of Chinese Students Association in Russia, respectively represented the two sides to sign the Agreement on Setting Up Internship Bases for Chinese Students in Russia, reaching a consensus to actively implement President Xi’s directives. From then on, Beijing DHH Law Firm would invest RUB1 million and the Chinese Students Association would recommend qualified talents to Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow and St. Petersburg Offices for internship. The two sides work together to make contributions to the development of friendship, economy and society between China and Russia. Dr. Yi Yuan, Chief Partner of Russia Business & Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office, and Prof. Bevelikova Nelli Mikhailovna, Secretary-General of the Legal Sub-Council and other honored guests attended the signing ceremony.
It is reported that this is the second cooperation between the two sides after DHH sponsoring Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Russia Education Department and Chinese Students Association in Russia. It is also a companion volume of “Agreement on Setting Up Internship Bases for Russian Students” signed by Beijing DHH Law Firm and Russian Students Association in China.
