On the morning of May 13th, 2019, Beijing DHH Law Firm signed a cooperation agreement to provide Letter of Appointment for Mr. Weihua Guo as Chief Senior Consultant in its Headquarter Office, which is located at 11th and 12th floors of Tower C of Beijing Yintai Center. Partners of DHH and members of Director’s Office of Beijing DHH Law Firm attended the signing ceremony, including President Qi Jiang, Director Kejiang Liu, Co-Diretor Cheng Ji, Executive Director Xiye Fu, Co- Executive Director Hongbo Zhou, Managing Director Ying Zhao, Co-Managing Director Zexian Zhang, and so on.
Mr. Weihua Guo was nominated as Secretary of the Party Committee of Huarong Overseas Chinese Asset Management Co. Ltd, General Counsel of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China Huarong), Presiding Judge of the Second Civil Division of Hubei Provincial Higher People’s Court and so on. With 20-year working experience in Court, he has been rated as the "First National Trial Expert", as well as famous legal scholar and legal critic who regards “Imparting the rule of law in China” as his mission and was honored as the "First Initiator of Voluntarily Imparting the Rule of Law in China" and “Chinese Honored Legal Critic”. At the same time, Mr. Guo has published many professional articles on corporate law and comments on hot spots and received widely admiration in the legal profession, so that he was honored as “Law Tycoon”. Mr. Weihua Guo is the 7th Senior Consultant of Beijing DHH Law Firm, following Mr. Jiangping Ji, Consul Henggen Xin, Mr. Sibao Shen, Ms. Daoxiu Huang, Chairman Zhigang Chen, and Mr. Sergey Borovskiy.
