The Third and Fourth Volumes of Legal Environment Report of the “Belt And Road”Countries have been Officially Published

The Third and Fourth Volumes of Legal Environment Report of the “Belt And Road”Countries (hereinafter referred as “the Report”) have been officially published by Beijing University Press. Mr. Kejiang Liu, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and Mr. Yuan Yao, Senior Partner of DHH, participated in the preparation of Azerbaijan and Italy part respectively in the third and fourth volumes.
The Report was prepared by the Lawyer of the Cross-border Talent Pool of the " Belt & Road" Project of the All-China Lawyers Association (ACLA) that was composed of foreign lawyers and Chinese lawyers among whom are mainly the members of The International Committee of ACLA. The Project absorbed leading talents expert in cross-border and foreign legal affairs. The third and fourth volumes contains legal environment of 38 countries along the Belt and Road, covering investment, trade, labor, environmental protection, IP, dispute resolution and so on, supporting the cross-border investment and cooperation of Chinese enterprises with professional legal services.
In June 2017, Lawyer Kejiang Liu was also involved in the preparation of the Indian part in the first and second volumes of the Report.
