Lawyer Aihua Meng of DHH Paid a Visit to the DPRK
From April 15th to 20th, DHH appointed Partner Aihua Meng to Pyongyang to conduct friendly visits and inspections to the executive authorities, friendly law firms, enterprises and institutions of the DPRK.
During the visit in Pyongyang, Ms. Aihua Meng and Mr. Fenghu Yang and Mr. Jingri Li of Korea External Economic Law Consulting Office conducted detailed exchanges on the establishment of a joint office and the way to enhanced business exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, Ms. Meng also attended a seminar with the Officials of the DPRK Intellectual Property Office, Director Dongjin Cui and Agent Shuijing Li of Samchully Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd. on intellectual property legislation, intellectual property application and judicial protection in China and the DPRK. Officials from Korea External Economic Law Consulting Office and Chinese entrepreneurs in the DPRK also attended the seminar.
Previously, Mr. Shaohu Luan, Chairman of Board of Partners of DHH, Ms. Ming Hu, Vice Chairman of Partner’s Board of DHH, and Lawyer Guangxing Li, Director of Korea Business Team, and Lawyer Guangxie Jin visited the DPRK several times and built deep friendship with counterparts and competent authorities in the DPRK.
