Chairman Wen Shi of China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center Headed a Delegation to Visit Beijing DHH Law Firm for Guidance

On the morning of March 1st , 2019, Mr. Wen Shi, Chairman of China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center (CALCC) and Director of Hainan Arbitration Commission as well as Chairman of Hainan International Arbitration Court, and Ms. Lili Jiang, Associate Dean of China Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law headed a delegation to visit Beijing DHH Law Firm, and held a working meeting on the 2019 CALCC Work Plan with DHH lawyers. Mr. Qi Jiang, Managing Partner of DHH, Mr. Kejiang Liu, Senior Partner of DHH & Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, Mr. Xiye Fu, Senior Partner of DHH & Executive Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, Ms. Hongna Liu, Partner of DHH, and Ms. Shuli Ye, Partner of DHH, held a reception for the honored visitors and attended the meeting.
During the working meeting, the two sides had a full exchange on the personnel arrangement and the work plan of CALCC in 2019. At the meeting, Chairman Wen Shi announced several appointments: 1. Appointed Mr. Qi Jiang as Vice-Chairman of CALCC; 2. Appointed Mr. Yuan Yao as Executive Director & Deputy Secretary-General of CALCC; 3. Appointed Ms. Shuli Ye as Deputy Director of CALCC (Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao). As the vice-chairman unit of CALCC, Beijing DHH Law Firm submitted its 2019 Work Plan Report to Chairman Wen Shi and CALCC. Qi Jiang introduced to Mr. Shi the Suggestions and Plans for DHH to Carry Out the Work with CALCC in 2019. Chairman Shi applauded the active and conscientious work attitude of DHH as a vice chairman unit, and approved the 2019 work plan introduced by President Jiang Qi, and then put forward further practical guidance on various work. Vice President Lili Jiang commended the efforts of CALCC and DHH to promote the cross-border arbitration mechanism, and expressed her will to fully support the comprehensive cooperation between the the two sides. In this meeting, CALCC and DHH reached the cooperation intention on holding the "China-ASEAN Investment and Trade Compliance Summit Forum" in Shenzhen in April 2019 as well as setting Representative Office respectively in Moscow and Singapore under Hainan International Arbitration Court.
