Partners of Beijing DHH Law Firm are Listed in “ China’s Elite 100 Lawyers”
Recently, the 2018 A-list of “China’s Elite 100 Lawyers”was officially released by China Business Law Journal, and Mr. Ren Li (Roy Ren), Ms. Mu Fei, and Mr. Huang Mengqi , partners of Beijing DHH Law Firm, were placed in the ranking. The A-List is based on extensive research conducted by China Business Law Journal, and over 1,000 nominations and recommendations from corporate counsels, senior executives and fellow lawyers, which makes it authoritative and influential.
Mr. Roy Ren is Senior Partner and Co-executive Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm. He specializes in competition law and commercial dispute resolution.
In competition law, Ren has provided legal services in numerous concentration, cartel and dominance-abusing cases. In addition, he has provided legal services for many companies in antitrust compliance training and premerger consultations. In dispute resolution, Ren’s practice covers international trade, real-estate development, trust, power, finance, and insurance, etc. He received his LLM degree from Law School of Temple University and PhD in judicial science from Law School of University of International Business and Economics.
Ms. Mu Fei is Partner, Chair of Commercial Dispute Resolution Department and Director at the Disciplinary Supervision Office of Beijing DHH Law Firm. She has a diverse practice, which focuses on litigation and arbitration, corporate governance and compliance, as well as banking.
Ms. Mu served as a judge in the court of civil jurisdiction of Beijing Intermediate People’s Court. The cases she presided over covered various fields, including finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, company equity, financial leasing, trading, and judicial review of arbitration. Since beginning her career as a lawyer, Mu has specialized in complex commercial dispute resolution, involving clients from various fields, including banking, insurance, securities, guarantees and financial leasing. Ms. Mu has handled many cases in the Supreme People’s Court and higher people’s courts, and has an extensive appellate practice. With her judiciary experience, Ms. Mu provides efficient solutions through her precise analysis and prediction of cases, which her clients highly recognize.
Mr. Huang Mengqi is Partner and Lawyer of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm. His key practice areas are financial derivatives trading, block-chain, data protection, and commercial crime prevention and defense.
